Online store, operating at www.polskielalki.pl, is run by Media Net,
based in Poland, Kraków, Kalwaryjska 32,
30-504 Krakow, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic
Activity RP, NIP PL 944-108-19-43, REGON 356289051 st called to as the
"Seller".
1. General Provisions
1. The seller, under the online store at www.polskielalki.pl sells goods
via the Internet. Sellers provision involves the sale of goods within the
Online Store.

2. Rules for submission and
execution of orders
1. Orders for goods offered in the online store are accepted:
• through the website www.polskielalki.pl

• Orders through the Internet can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week, all year round. Phone orders can be placed in weekdays 10: 00-17: 00. In
the days of working within the meaning of these Regulations shall be deemed to
seven days a week from Monday to Friday, excluding Polish public holidays.
2. The Seller reserves the right to verify the order and cancel. Not
accept the offer the customer who placed the order, regardless of the
possibility of the contract by the Seller, in the case of an order placed by
the customer, who had not received the ordered goods or when the authenticity
of the contract raises Seller's reasonable doubt.
3. Shop Online www.polskielalki.pl reserves the right to telephone
confirmation of the order. The seller may refuse an order and make his
cancellation in the event of the customer who placed the order, regardless of

not be able to confirm the order at the customer within 24 hours from the time

5. Implementation of the contract follows:
• In the case of payment by bank transfer - the moment of entering the
payment in accordance with the value of the contract on account of the Seller,
• In the case of payment by PayU.pl or Przelewy24.pl - at the time the

6. Modification of the contract is only possible until the order has not
been shipped to the customer. Making changes is possible through telephone

7. The order will be realized under the condition that the product is in
stock or in suppliers www.polskielalki.pl store. In the event of unavailability
of the goods covered by the contract, the customer will be informed about the
status of your order by e-mail or phone in order to decide on the further
proceedings of the contract.
8. Where the goods are unavailable, the Seller has the right to cancel
the contract within 30 days from the date of its conclusion. If you use the
Seller of this law, if the customer has paid for the goods, the Seller will
return the amount due immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the
date of cancellation by the customer.
9. Information on minimum duration liabilities of the Client who is a
consumer under the contract of sale of goods, for which recognizes the time

placing an order by the Client.
10. Conditions when are unusual orders each time agreed with the client
by phone or via email.
11. Orders must be submitted by filling out a form at the online store.
12. Orders can be placed assuming a user account. To place an order once
there is no need to establish a user account.
13. To benefit from all sorts of discounts and loyalty programs, as well
as to track the status of an order establish a user account is a prerequisite.

3. Delivery
1. Delivery of products ordered in the shop www.polskielalki.pl is
implemented in the form of mail order:
a. Goods ordered online store is delivered to the address indicated in
the contract via courier: DPD, UPS or by Polish Post.
b. The delivery time consists of the time of completion of the contract
and delivery.
c. The order placed from Monday to Friday until 13:00 is delivered the
next working day in Poland from 8.00 am - 18.00 Subject to the availability of

d. An order placed from Monday to Friday after 13:00 and an order placed
on Saturday or public holiday work (including Sundays and public holidays) are delivered
within two working days:

after the payment on the account.
f. Proof of purchase in the form of a VAT invoice or receipt is attached
to the consignment. The data on the invoice are consistent with the data given
by the customer when ordering.
g. Before accepting a package from the courier, check whether the packaging
is not damaged in transit.
In case the shipment packaging is damaged, do not accept delivery and
contact as soon as possible to Customer Service at tel. 12 307 40 66 or 604 222
73 604 222 810 to clarify the matter.
2. Shipping on Poland territory:
• For orders of more than 99,00 PLN Shop cover shipping costs.
Where the amount of the contract does not exceed 99,00 PLN, the value of
the contract shall be increased by shipping in the amount of 15.00 PLN for
on-line payments, credit card or bank transfer, and 20,00 PLN for cash on
delivery.
• When ordering total price is of 99,00 PLN and above, www.polskielalki.pl cover delivery costs on
Poland territory.

4. Prices of goods
1. The total value of the contract consists of: the price of goods and
shipping.
2. Commodity prices are quoted in the description of the goods at the
online shop.
3. All prices posted on the online store www.polskielalki.pl when the
goods are denominated in Polish zloty (PLN) ,Euro (EUR)or USD (USD) and include
VAT.
4. The price of goods is binding and final is the price given for the
commodity at the online shop www.polskielalki.pl at the time of order by the
Customer.
5. Commodity prices do not include shipping costs.
6. Information on the cost of shipping is included in the section -
"Supply" and under "Costs of delivery" of these Regulations
and will be presented to the Client after the election method of delivery and
payment before placing an order by the Client.
7. Information on the total value of the contract, including the price
of goods and shipping, will be presented to the Client after the election
method of delivery and payment before placing an order by the Client.
8. On receipt or invoice provided to the customer with a good price of
the commodity and delivery costs are itemized and listed in the summary

10. Seller reserves the right to make changes in the prices of products

campaigns. Orders placed before the date of entry into force of the amendments

13. Free ad-ons and freebies can not be exchanged or claims management.
5. Methods of payment
1. Payment for goods may be made by the Client as follows:

• online via payment system: Przelewy24.pl or PayU.pl
• Cash on delivery – only in Poland.
2. The payments online with credit cards support services company
PayU.pl Allegro SA. or Przelewy24.pl company Dialcom24 Sp. zoo. The operator of
payment cards through the service is Przelewy24.pl Settlement Agent PayPro SA,
ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznan, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of
the National Court Register maintained by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto
and Wilda, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS
number 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, REGON 301345068.
3. Shop Online reserves the right to exclude certain forms of payment
for the customer who does not receive at least two orders paid on delivery,
sent at the address specified by the Client. The inclusion of previously
excluded methods of payment may take place after the submission by the Customer
and received, a further three contracts paid in advance by bank transfer or
credit card.
4. In the case of selection by the customer of the following methods of
payment: bank transfer, credit card or payment on-line, the client should make
the payment within 14 after placing the order. In the case of orders paid by

6. Right of withdrawal
1. In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014. On consumer rights in
Poland (Dz. U. 2014 pos. 827, the "Law on Consumer Rights"), Client
being a consumer may rescind the contract of sale of goods without giving any
reason and at no cost, except for costs referred to in section 7 and section 11
below, within 14 days of taking possession of the goods by the customer (or a
person designated by the third party, other than the carrier), and in the case
of a contract which:
a) includes many goods which are delivered separately, in lots or in
parts - from taking possession of the last good, batch or in part,
b) by the regular delivery of goods for a fixed period - from taking
possession of the first good.
To meet the deadline for withdrawal sell the goods, as indicated above,
is enough to send the declaration of withdrawal from the contract before it
expires.
2. Termination of the contract of sale of goods through submission of
Seller's declaration of withdrawal from the contract. A written statement of
withdrawal from the contract of sale of goods must be sent to:

3. The model withdrawal form is contained in Annex 2 to the Law on Consumer

4. Information on exercising the right of withdrawal is contained in
Annex 1 to the Act on consumer rights. The Letter of termination of the

5. If you use the Customer the right to withdraw from the contract, the
goods purchased must be paid to the following address: Media Net, ul. Kalwaryjska
32, 30-504 Krakow, Poland immediately, but not later than within 14 days from
the date of withdrawal. To comply with this deadline, you must return the
product before its expiry. If due to the nature of the goods or the manner of
its mounting providing him by the Customer to the address indicated above would
be clearly and excessively difficult, the client is obliged to provide
merchandise vendors at the place where the goods are situated.
6. Seller does not accept returned goods shipped COD.
7. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods the Seller.
8. Returned goods and accompanying accessories can not bear traces of
use. Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods as a result
of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the
nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
9. Together with the returned goods should be sent proof of purchase and
all free products, freebies and documents attached to the returned goods.
10. In case the Client withdraws from the contract of sale of goods,
this Agreement shall be deemed unmade. In this case the Seller shall refund all
made by customer payments, including the price of goods and incurred by the
customer costs of delivering the goods immediately, (provided that there were
costs resulting from a different method of delivery than the cheapest offered
by the Seller), but not later than within 5 working days of receipt of returned
goods by the customer or provide proof of its giving - depending on which of
these events will take place before the account specified by the Client in a
statement of withdrawal from the contract.
If the customer said in a statement on withdrawal did not indicate the
account, the Seller will refund the aforementioned payment using the same
method of payment, which used the customer.
11. If the customer at the conclusion of the contract of sale of goods
opted for a delivery of the goods other than the cheapest way to deliver the
goods proposed by the Seller, Customer shall bear the difference in costs
related to the manner of delivery of goods selected by the customer and the
cheapest way to deliver the goods proposed by the Seller, Seller shall
reimburse the cheapest method of despatch from the proposed, ie. the delivery
costs in Poland amounting to 15,00 PLN including VAT.
12. The right of withdrawal shall not be entitled to resell the Client
in respect of the Agreement:
a) the subject of which the goods are undergoing rapid decay or having a
short shelf life.
b) the subject of which the goods are delivered in a sealed container,
which after opening the package can not be returned due to health protection or
hygiene reasons, if it were unsealed after delivery.
c) the object of which is a commodity that after delivery, because of
its nature, is inextricably linked with other things.
7. Complaints, Warranty and
Warranty
1. The duty to provide the Client Vendors things without flaws.

and should be free from defects.
3. The seller is liable to the consumer under the warranty if the
product sold has the disadvantage natural or legal person.
4. The seller shall be liable under the warranty if a physical defect is
found before the expiry of two years from the date of delivery to the customer.
5. In the case of product defects, the Customer in Poland may request -
on the terms specified in the Act of 23 April 1964. - Civil Code (Dz. U. 1964
No. 16 pos. 93, as amended .; "Civil Code") - to repair the goods,
replacement of goods free of defects, reduce the price of the goods or can
withdraw from the contract of sale.
6. For products with a guarantee the manufacturer or distributor sends
www.polskielalki.pl with the goods guarantee document, in which each set out
the conditions warranty and its duration. The existence and content of the
guarantee Seller informs the customer in the description of the goods on the
website www.polskielalki.pl.
7. The customer may, at its option, use the powers available to it under
the warranty directly from the guarantor and the powers available to it under
warranty from the seller.
8. Complaints based on Seller's liability under the warranty must be
submitted in writing, along with the advertised commodity on the address: Media
Net, ul. Kalwaryjska 32, 30-504 Krakow. If due to the nature of the goods or
the manner of its mounting providing him by the Customer to the address
indicated above, it would be extremely difficult, the client is obliged to
provide merchandise vendors at the place where the goods are situated.
9. Online Store www.polskielalki.pl not accept consignments sent COD
advertised.
10. The complaint must be accompanied by proof of purchase of goods, ie.
A receipt or invoice and a description of the defect advertised goods.
12. Seller shall consider complaints and inform the customer how to
respond to complaints promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of
the goods advertised.
13. The costs associated with returning the goods in Poland advertised
Seller, the Seller returns immediately after accepting the complaint.
14. In case the customer does not take into account complaints by the
Seller, the customer is entitled to a non-judicial means of dealing with
complaints and redress. Rules for access to the above-mentioned procedures
define each laws governing their use and mileage in this for the possibility of
referral, with the consent of the Customer and Seller, to a permanent amicable
consumer courts.
8. Gathering customer feedback
1. After dispatch of the purchased goods, Internet shop
www.polskielalki.pl on the basis and under the agreement with the Purchaser is
entitled to the opportunity to submit to the Buyer at his e-mail invitation to
complete the survey in order to investigate its opinion on the transaction.

9. Personal data

the Client and consent to the processing necessary for the implementation of

2. Personal data is protected in accordance with the Act of August 29,

3. The customer has the right to access and modify their personal data
at any time, as well as demand their removal from the database.

2. Presentation of goods in our Online Store www.polskielalki.pl not
constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The customer places
an order, submits an offer to buy specific goods under the conditions specified
in the product description.
3. Buyer, confirming an order in the online store www.polskielalki.pl
shall file a declaration that he is familiar with the contents of these
Regulations and accepted the provisions contained therein.
4. These Regulations come into force on 25 December 2014. And its
provisions shall apply to contracts concluded as from that date.
5. All amendments to the Regulations are effective from the date of
publication on the website
